Okay I'm gonna list out all the participants and put the rules down. For the time being nobody post in this thread unless they want to correct something or add in something I missed.

Are we gonna make a site comparable to the daily grind website, for ease of advertising all of our comics for one low flat rate? I'd pay for the advertising.

I figure I'll start with 8-bit theatre + bob and george or something.

Unless we don't want to do that.

Yeah I thought this was just organized so K-Dawg TLH and all the other lazy guys would get off their asses and stop being lazy?

I figured free hits for everyone involved was extra encouragement.

I'm more interested in seeing the rules. My role in the contest is that of common heckler.

Me too. I told K-Dawg a couple days ago we needed rules so we wouldn't break them while building buffer. Or drawing future strips in general. I'm on #3...still haven't added dialogue or cleaned them up, so theres plenty more work...but still.

I dont think there are any hard and fast rules, like blah panels per update. Let's just say no filler (but chapter title pages are allowed, because there's a lot of effort in those), and state they days you are going to update on, or we can just say everyone goes on MWF, any time during the day. Put as much effort in as you would any other comic page.

We had the rules in the other thread, I'll post em tomorrow when I have more time. I haven't really been home the last couple days to do this.

That's rough. Didn't eliminate all the nasty blue pencil remenants...nor did I even finish the scene.

Rules that we seem to have agreed on:

1. Comics must be in either colour, or black and white to best of ability. (We're all friends here, so we'll be on the honoour system for our best)
2. No filler art, although cover pages are allowed. Although now don't go making every other page a cover page.
3. You lose if you quit or do not update on your specified day.

Sketchiness we have to agree upon, such as how RA posted her's to see if it was okay. Do this before the grind starts, otherwise if you put it up and we don't agree then you are OUTTA HERE!

KrisX has joined the grind. Also seems Pimpette might join as well. If you have anyone else you want to join just let us know.

Ack, just had a thought. There's a set of three filler comics done by picklingjeff. They do advance the story, but there's nowhere I can put them without them getting in the way of my schedule. I wouldn't lose if I were to use them, would I?

I hope no one minds, I'll probably be switching to ink on my 4th strip. It's after a dream sequence anyways. Cleaning this pencil crap is annoying.

You can still use my filler comics, as long as you still put out your 3 a week. Just means that my comics may not get as much exposure as they would do normally.

thing is though, i can't use yours as my three for the week, as that's cheating, but neither can i run them one a day for three days, as that interrupts my schedule :S and i really want to put them up as part of the comic, because that's where they belong...

ah well, i'll have probably dropped by then anyway :p

Put all three of them up at once. Just put that there are 3 in your speil.

Im not fussed terribly if people dont see them!

Maybe slap 3 of em up on a tuesday? That way if you update MWF we can't penalize you
