Salutations and beans and disease to ya;
I am here to announce that a new grind will be taking place soon. We will be trying something new with this grind, where the last grind was about updating three times a week, this one will be just about
updating.
I don't know about you, but I've ended up way too busy in my life to update three times a week like I want to, so I haven't been able to participate in the grind because I know I wouldn't last more than a few weeks. So here is where this new grind comes in.
This grind will be a lot more loose when it comes to updating. The participants will be updating however many times a week they please. So there is potential for a few people updating once a week, some doing twice a week, and some doing three or more. The goal is to just update, and as well each one of these laziest grinds will be timed. This test run will be for a month, then after that we'll see how long the next one will go.
Now remember how I was saying this grind will be a lot more loose? well let me explain how:
Participants can update however many times a week they choose.
There will be no dropping out, since there is an ending. So if you do miss an update you can still continue, no penalty
You CAN change your schedule as it goes on, you can increase or decrease the amount of updates you do a week, with no penalty
The important rule here is JUST UPDATE!
I'm thinking afterwards, we'll take a week or two off until the next grind, and in that time possibly give our views on how the grind is going, what to improve on, what is fine, etc.
That's all I really have to say about this grind, as of now we have a few people who said they may partake in this test run:
Mercury Hat
Robin Pierce
Komiyan
Sortelli
Pimpette
Derenge and Lego
Myself
I just know I'm forgetting someone, but they'll be added. I posted this here because I do believe there are some people here who would probably be interested.
I'll say this now, not everyone who posts here and asks to join will be accepted, this is a test run, so I won't need like 20+ people for this. I'll probably only take 3-5 more people at most, if even that. When the real Laziest Grind starts we'll get into the big numbers.
This test run will begin on September 17.
